Dear Avant-Garde,
My position at Burnham Institute is scheduling invited speakers, domestic and international for our Formal Seminar Series. The speakers that travel here are at the top of their field in science and it is an honor for Burnham Institute to have them visit and speak here. We want to make their visit and accommodations as comfortable and professional as possible and since I started using Avant Garde Limousine the service has been exceptional.

I also would like to point out that the on-line FASTTRAK reservations system with my own logon and the email confirmations that are sent are reassuring and makes for less errors by not having a problem with phone translation. The day before my visitors arrive, it is my procedure to double check all reservations, so instead of making a phone call, I just have to take a look at the FASTTRAK online and verify the times and dates are correct and this only takes seconds.

I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation to the Avant Garde staff for helping to make our HID Global Consultant Roundtable event in San Diego a huge success. I found your staff to be highly professional and courteous, from the preplanning process and throughout the duration of our event functions. It isn't easy keeping track of 35 people flying in from all over the nation, but you made it a pleasant and hassle-free operation. In spite of many changes, everything went smoothly, and when there were delayed arrivals or missing travelers, your staff kept me notified. Not only were the drivers on time and personable, but flexible and proactive as well, going above and beyond the call of duty, especially the unexpected additional trip from Mister A's.
All in all, it was a very satisfying experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Avant Garde again.

I wanted to send this note to thank you for all of your help with our recent vacation limo needs both here and in Maryland. You took us from home to the airport, a lovely beginning to our vacation, arranged for the limos we needed in Maryland and then picked us up at the airport when we returned. The service in Maryland… was exceptional. They were on time, had great cars, and Tony, our chauffeur… was the perfect chauffeur. He was professional, courteous, articulate and simply the consummate professional. We were lucky to have him on both occasions. Everyone had a great time and our trip was made more relaxing by not having to drive to and from the airport or around D.C. where parking is a nightmare. Thank you for all of your help.
